Our impact in action: Generation
Since 2015, we have partnered with Generation, a nonprofit founded by Excellence.org, to prepare, place, and support people into life-changing careers that would otherwise be inaccessible.
Through this partnership, we have helped Generation expand its reach to more than 100,000 graduates across 17 countries, connecting talent to meaningful employment and building sustainable livelihoods in communities worldwide.
Our pro bono teams have supported Generation with strategy, operations, and technology—helping the organization scale its impact and deliver measurable outcomes for learners and employers alike.
